1. 适用范围与接受
本协议适用于 WorldOfQuality | Quality ToolKit 网站（含培训、试算与应用页面）及其关联服务。当你访问或使用本站时，即视为已阅读、理解并同意本协议全部条款。若你不同意，请勿使用本站。
如你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人指导下使用，并由监护人承担相应责任。
2. 账号注册与管理
- 注册：你需提供真实有效的电子邮箱并完成验证；昵称为可选项，用于界面展示。
- 密码保管：你负责对账号密码保密。因密码泄露、共享或保管不善导致的损失，由你自行承担。
- 一人一账号：请勿注册多个账号以规避限制或滥用服务；本站有权对异常账号采取限制措施。
- 注销：你可随时请求注销账号，注销后我们将删除或匿名化处理你的账号相关数据（法律另有留存要求的除外）。
3. 使用规范
你同意在使用本站时，不得从事下列行为：

- 腾讯云：提供网站托管（境内服务器，上海节点）与事务性邮件推送（DirectMail，使用本站自有域名 qualityengine.cn 发信）。
- 微信公众号：内容发布渠道，其数据处理遵循腾讯公司的相关条款。
8. 协议变更
本站可能适时修订本协议，并在本页更新"最近更新"日期。重大变更将在网站显著位置提示。变更后继续使用即视为接受更新后的协议。

Terms of Service
1. Scope & acceptance
This agreement applies to the WorldOfQuality | Quality ToolKit website (training, calculation and application pages) and related services. Accessing or using the Site constitutes your reading, understanding and acceptance of all terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
If you are under 18, use the Site under the guidance of a guardian, who assumes the corresponding responsibility.
2. Account registration & management
- Registration — provide a valid email address and complete verification; a nickname is optional and used only for display.
- Password safety — you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Losses from leakage, sharing or poor custody are yours to bear.
- One account per user — do not register multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the service; the Site may restrict anomalous accounts.
- Cancellation — you may request account deletion at any time; we will then delete or anonymise your account data (except where law requires retention).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate the laws of the People's Republic of China or public morality;
- upload or disseminate unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- reverse-engineer, crack, interfere with, or scrape the Site without authorisation;
- use the Site for any purpose that may endanger industrial-control or public-safety systems;
- resell, sub-license, or share accounts to evade paid limits.
Within these terms you may use the Site for personal study and in-house training.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, charts, formulas, tool logic, brand marks) is © 2026 PanShu / 潘书. The trademarks "质擎" and "QualEngine" are also owned by PanShu.
- You may use or screenshot Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- reprinting, compilation or commercial use requires prior written permission;
- the computation results you generate belong to you; the Site asserts no rights over them.
5. Paid services & subscriptions
The Site uses a tiered model:

- Prices, billing cycles and renewal terms are as stated on the relevant page or service agreement;
- Activation, refunds and dispute handling for paid services follow the separate terms presented at purchase;
- Free features remain available and are not diminished by the existence of paid ones.
6. Disclaimer
- The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose;
- The Site is not liable for losses from network or device failure, force majeure, or third-party service interruption;
- Site content is not professional advice, legal opinion, or a basis for medical / safety-critical decisions.
7. Third-party services
- Tencent Cloud — website hosting (mainland-China servers, Shanghai region) and transactional email delivery (DirectMail, sent from the Site's own domain qualityengine.cn).
- WeChat Official Account — a content channel governed by Tencent's terms.
8. Changes
The Site may revise this agreement and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law
The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, submitted to the competent people's court in the operator's locality.
