本条款适用于 WorldOfQuality | Quality ToolKit 网站（含培训、试算与应用页面）以及与之关联的微信公众号。使用本站即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。

本站不使用第三方广告或行为追踪脚本，不收集你的浏览历史、通讯录、位置、相机或相册等与功能无关的信息。
3. 信息的使用
- 创建与管理你的账号，完成登录与身份校验；
- 在多设备间同步你的工具使用进度与收藏（如后续开放该功能）；
- 在你主动反馈问题时，用于与你取得联系；
- 履行法律法规要求的义务。
我们不会将你的个人信息出售、出租，或用于与上述目的无关的商业推广。
4. 存储与安全
账号服务由本站自建的鉴权与数据库系统提供，部署在腾讯云中国大陆境内服务器（上海节点）。数据经 HTTPS 加密传输；密码以加盐哈希方式保存，本站无法读取你的明文密码。
你的账号数据存储于中国境内，默认不向境外传输。若后续因功能需要引入任何境外处理，我们将在征得你同意并单独说明后实施；你也可以不注册而直接使用全部离线工具功能。
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但互联网不存在绝对安全，请妥善保管你的账号密码。
5. 第三方服务
- 腾讯云：提供网站托管（境内服务器，上海节点）与事务性邮件推送（DirectMail，使用本站自有域名 qualityengine.cn 发信）。
- 静态托管服务商：仅提供网页文件分发，不接触你的账号数据。
- 微信公众号：内容发布渠道，其数据处理遵循腾讯公司的隐私政策。
6. Cookie 与本地存储
本站不使用 Cookie 做广告追踪。仅使用浏览器 localStorage 保存两项内容：语言偏好（woq_lang）与登录会话（woq_session）。你可随时清除浏览器数据将其删除。
7. 你的权利
- 访问与更正：查看或修改你的邮箱、昵称；
- 删除与注销：请求删除账号及相关数据；
- 退出登录：点击顶栏"登出"即可清除本地会话；
- 拒绝：不注册即可使用全部离线工具，无需提供任何个人信息。

8. 未成年人
本站面向质量管理从业者与学习者。若你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人指导下使用，并由监护人同意本条款。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the WorldOfQuality | Quality ToolKit website (training, calculation and application pages) and its associated WeChat Official Account. By using the Site you confirm you have read and accept this policy.
2. What we collect

The Site does not use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking scripts, and does not collect browsing history, contacts, location, camera or photo data unrelated to its features.
3. How we use it
- Create and manage your account, and authenticate sign-in;
- Sync your tool progress and favourites across devices (if enabled later);
- Contact you when you submit feedback;
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, nor use it for marketing unrelated to the purposes above.
4. Storage & security
Account services are provided by the Site's own self-hosted authentication and database system, running on Tencent Cloud servers inside mainland China (Shanghai region). Data is transmitted over HTTPS; passwords are stored as salted hashes — the Site cannot read your plain-text password.
Your account data is stored within China and is not transferred abroad by default. If any overseas processing becomes necessary for a future feature, we will implement it only with your separate consent and a clear explanation. You may also use all offline tool features without registering.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet service is absolutely secure — please keep your credentials safe.
5. Third-party services
- Tencent Cloud — website hosting (mainland-China servers, Shanghai region) and transactional email delivery (DirectMail, sent from the Site's own domain qualityengine.cn).
- Static hosting provider — serves the web files only; no access to your account data.
- WeChat Official Account — a content channel governed by Tencent's privacy policy.
6. Cookies & local storage
The Site uses no advertising cookies. It uses browser localStorage for just two items: your language preference (woq_lang) and your sign-in session (woq_session). You may delete both at any time by clearing your browser data.
7. Your rights
- Access & correction — view or amend your email and nickname;
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and related data;
- Sign out — click "Sign out" in the top bar to clear your local session;
- Refuse — use every offline tool without registering or providing any personal data.
To exercise these rights, contact us as described in section 9.
8. Minors
The Site targets quality-management practitioners and learners. If you are under 14, please use it under the guidance of a guardian who accepts this policy on your behalf.
9. Contact
For any question about this policy or your personal data, leave a message on our WeChat Official Account, or email the operator at the address published there. We will respond within a reasonable period.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the "Last updated" date on this page; material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
